Transblepharoplasty brow lift with Endotine TransBleph fixation devices

With the help of a new type of fixation device, I can now do brow lifts on some patients through an upper eyelid incision. This results in less scarring and quicker recovery than a standard brow lift. The Endotine Transbleph device is the surgical equivalent of a carpet tack. It dissolves after about 6 months and by that time, the brow should be well fixated in its new elevated position. I have found this procedure to be very effective for many patients who would benefit from a brow lift and I often do it at the same time as an upper lid blepharoplasty. I have before and after photos of patients who have had this procedure in my photo gallery. Take a look!
