Midface Suspension Procedure Using the Endotine Midface Fixation Device according to Seattle Cosmetic Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Lisa Lynn Sowder

I am smitten with the Endotine fixation device I use in the forehead so I decided to give their midface fixation device a try. It allows me to elevate the cheek and jowl area and fix it in a higher position providing not only lifting but also restoring some fullness to the cheekbone area that is often lost as we age. I can do this through an incision through a lateral eyelid wrinkle (crow’s foot) and an incision under the eye.  Recovery is fairly rapid and there are no telltale incisions or scars around the ear. I think this is going to be a very useful procedure for facial rejuvenation in selected patients. I have an example in my photo gallery. Take a look.
